The family of doors, in the various versions, has passed the test according to the following reports:

RINA0137FR test report released 07/09/2011, test report 2017CS01378/2 released 18/05/2017 and homologation CS299EI2060P011.

 

Door leaf with a thickness of 70 mm, rotatory movement on the vertical axis, panelled with inner insulation. The door structure and striking plates are made of solid wood, covered in MDF. The door edges are finished with melamine edges. The frame is made in solid wood frame is made by two mullions with 40×125 mm total dimensions and a 50×125 mm transom.

 

The fixing is allowed on brick wall and plasterboard wall with a minimum thickness of 125 mm, with fire resistance of EI 60 – REI60. Wooden false-frame to be inserted on the masonry wall, section 25 mm (minimum) x wall thickness, or fir reinforcements to be placed between the uprights of the plasterboard wall, by the customer or direct fixing to the support. Chemolli Firebolt A1 and A2 active hinge bolts to keep the door closed in event of fire. Concealed hinges. Cylinder equipped lock. Intumescent and acoustic gasket fixed on the frame and on the leaf edge. Dropdown seal without floor threshold. Floor mounted hinge support meaning no need to chisel or carve.
