OIKOS VENEZIA S.r.l.

“Oikos” is a noun of Greek origin which means “home” and recalls the natural habitat of the company’s products, which in 2015 celebrated the 25th anniversary of its foundation. Oikos Venezia designs, manufactures and tests customized armored doors with high quality standards at its headquarters in Gruaro, 50km from Venice. All production is certified and the work phases are carried out in the company, a strength that allows the creation of a unique product, entirely made in Italy and with a refined design.

What processing or consultancy has Chemolli Fire carried out for your company?

Chemolli Fire followed us in the EI120 certification process for two lines of doors in our production range, supporting us both in the technical choices and in all the documentary part.

What added value has the intervention of Chemolli Fire brought for your company?

The support of an interlocutor with such high technical and operational skills has certainly enriched our technical staff with high knowledge on the subject that is difficult to find independently.

Has the intervention of Chemolli Fire improved the relationship of trust between quality and product with your customers?

It becomes logical consequence of the achievement of high performance values to raise the quality-product relationship with the market more and more.

Are you able to open up to new customers or markets after the intervention of Chemolli Fire?

The main objective of increasing the product’s performance values is to enrich the commercial offer of content that contributes to giving added value to the product. The purpose of the intervention made in collaboration with Chemolli had this objective and it seems to me that it has achieved it.

It has followed the entire path of certification of EI30, EI60, double leaf EI60 doors and various levels of soundproofing: 26-31-32-37-39-42 db.

Surely the competence in the design, in the development of the project at a technical and commercial level as well as the competence in the production realization level.

Yes, as it has allowed us to acquire knowledge in the field of fire doors and noise abatements that we have been able to transmit to our customers, allowing us to increase sales.

Are you able to open up to new customers or markets after the intervention of Chemolli Fire?

We have embarked on a start of supplies abroad, even if at the moment we have not been able to give continuity to exports. In Italy we have proposed ourselves to a new market even if we have done it practically always through the same network of dealers, but this was the goal.

What processing or consultancy has Chemolli Fire carried out for your company?

Chemolli Fire has accompanied us in the fire certification and acoustic test of some of our products. The support was practical, in the preparation and conduct of the tests, and documentary / regulatory.
I think this last aspect is really the most important and the plus of the Chemolli Fire Company, during the development of our projects a synergy has been created that still continues and has allowed us to combine the pros of our products with first-rate skills in fire and noise reduction.

For Eclisse, Chemolli Fire was the completion of a winning package, thanks to the skills and experience brought to the Company we achieved excellent results, we expanded the range of Eclisse products offered to our customers reaching new market targets and becoming even more competitive also strengthening our image as innovators.

In these thirty years of activity, Eclisse has distinguished itself on the market for product quality and continuous innovation, with the development of new projects it has given its customers not only a range completion but also a safe reference in critical areas such as fire and acoustics, specifically, Eclisse has transformed a “technical” closing element into a real design element that today’s customers are not willing to give up.

The expansion of the offer, thanks to new products, has allowed Eclisse to compete on new fronts, reaching new market targets and strengthening the image of a serious and international company.

It has followed the whole door certification process: EI30, EI60. It also did an excellent global consulting job for doors with sound insulation.
The support offered was practical, in the preparation and conduct of the tests, and of a documentary / regulatory type.

The intervention is still under way but I believe that the response will certainly be positive. However, the market will give us the definitive answers.

We hope that the intervention will allow us to open up in new markets where we are not present now.
