IMO, la International Maritime Organization, è l’agenzia specializzata delle Nazioni Unite per la sicurezza navale.

Con il codice FTP ha indicato gli stardard per il test degli elementi navali. Normalmente operiamo per il testing di paratie e componenti in classe B15, B30 oppure A60 in laboratori accreditati.

Il laboratorio di prova dispone di una fornace che è in grado di seguire una curva di riscaldamento stabilita dalla ISO 834.

Se l’elemento da testare va installato su una paratia, viene testato l’elemento inserito nella paratia costruita in conformità alla classe desiderata.

Il nostro laboratorio EMC è accreditato presso il Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico e Roszdravnadzor, pronti per ordinare i test per la compatibilità elettromagnetica (EMC) di una vasta gamma di prodotti medici.

Il protocollo è un servizio tecnico che il laboratorio, che fa parte della Certification Authority “INKOR”, offre ai suoi clienti per la registrazione e la certificazione di apparecchi medicali e altri beni.

Norma di prova nazionale per il Regno Unito, riguardante gli elementi non portanti come le porte.

Esistono vari laboratori nel mondo dotati di varie tipologie di forni, dal 3×3 metri al 5×9 metri, in base al tipo di prodotto da testare. I forni sono dei vani in cui sono presenti svariati bruciatori che rispettano una curva normalizzata di riscaldamento della camera. Il prodotto viene posizionato su un supporto normalizzato od associato su di un telaio, e vengono monitorate le perdite di integrità ed isolamento termico. Eventualmente si può anche misurare l’irraggiamento.

Con questo metodo si testa la capacità di un elemento di assorbire l’energia sonora emessa dalla fonte. L’indice di valutazione espresso è il coefficiente di assorbimento acustico ponderato secondo UNI EN ISO 11654:1998 αw, a cui viene assegnata una classe come segue:

Classe: A / αw – Valori 0,90; 0,95; 1,00 / Classe di assorbimento: altamente assorbente
Classe: B / αw – Valori 0,80; 0,85 / Classe di assorbimento: altamente assorbente
Classe: C / αw – Valori 0,60; 0,65; 0,70; 0,75 / Classe di assorbimento: molto assorbente

La prova si effettua in camera riverberante, emettendo e spegnendo la fonte. Si valuta il tempo di riverbero, cioè quanto tempo ci vuole per passare dall’emissione al rumore rilevato di fondo, della camera riverberante vuota. Poi si installa il materiale e si effettua nuovamente la prova verificando la variazione.

Ad esempio, in un materiale che ha un αw di 0,7, al 100% dell’energia sonora emessa il materiale ne assorbe il 70%.

Ci relazioniamo con l’Associazione degli Istituti Cantonali di Assicurazione Antincendio, AICAA, o VKF, Vereinigung Kantonaler Feuerversicherungen, oppure Association des établissements cantonaux d’assurance incendie, AEAI. Possiamo redarre le istanze per l’inserimento nel registro dei prodotti resistenti al fuoco.

A seconda del tipo di prodotto, un test secondo EN1634-1 potrebbe essere sufficiente, ma in alcuni casi un test per i fumi caldi secondo EN1634-3 potrebbe essere richiesto.

Normalmente la validazione ha un tempo di circa sei mesi dopo l’istanza, che viene preparata dal nostro ufficio e ne viene monitorato l’andamento.

La validità è di cinque anni.

Acoustics - Laboratory measurement of sound insulation of building elements - Part 3: Measurement of impact sound insulation

Con queste normative si testano i prodotti in camere acustiche composte da una camera emittente e da una camera ricevente. Tra le due viene realizzato un setto divisorio che non contribuisce al fonoisolamento del prodotto. In un apposito vano viene posizionato il prodotto da testare e, viene misurata la differenza dei livelli tra camera emittente e ricevente ed una serie di calcoli secondo norma. Il risultato è Rw: l’indice di valutazione del potere fonoisolante del divisorio misurato in laboratorio od ottenuto per calcolo (senza trasmissioni laterali) che esprime il valore in decibel della curva di riferimento a 500 Hz dopo spostamento della curva secondo il metodo specificato nella norma ISO717

Norma di prova nazionale per il Regno Unito, riguardante gli elementi non portanti come le porte.

Esistono vari laboratori nel mondo dotati di varie tipologie di forni, dal 3×3 metri al 5×9 metri, in base al tipo di prodotto da testare. I forni sono dei vani in cui sono presenti svariati bruciatori che rispettano una curva normalizzata di riscaldamento della camera. Il prodotto viene posizionato su un supporto normalizzato od associato su di un telaio, e vengono monitorate le perdite di integrità ed isolamento termico. Eventualmente si può anche misurare l’irraggiamento.

Misura dell'assorbimento acustico in camera riverberante

Con questo metodo si testa la capacità di un elemento di assorbire l’energia sonora emessa dalla fonte. L’indice di valutazione espresso è il coefficiente di assorbimento acustico ponderato secondo UNI EN ISO 11654:1998 αw, a cui viene assegnata una classe come segue:

Classe: A / αw – Valori 0,90; 0,95; 1,00 / Classe di assorbimento: altamente assorbente
Classe: B / αw – Valori 0,80; 0,85 / Classe di assorbimento: altamente assorbente
Classe: C / αw – Valori 0,60; 0,65; 0,70; 0,75 / Classe di assorbimento: molto assorbente
Classe: D / αw – Valori 0,30; 0,35; 0,40; 0,45; 0,50; 0,55 / Classe di assorbimento: assorbente

La prova si effettua in camera riverberante, emettendo e spegnendo la fonte. Si valuta il tempo di riverbero, cioè quanto tempo ci vuole per passare dall’emissione al rumore rilevato di fondo, della camera riverberante vuota. Poi si installa il materiale e si effettua nuovamente la prova verificando la variazione.

Ad esempio, in un materiale che ha un αw di 0,7, al 100% dell’energia sonora emessa il materiale ne assorbe il 70%.

Ci occupiamo dell'estensione per il mercato svizzero che richiede di inserire i prodotti in un registro specifico.

Ci relazioniamo con l’Associazione degli Istituti Cantonali di Assicurazione Antincendio, AICAA, o VKF, Vereinigung Kantonaler Feuerversicherungen, oppure Association des établissements cantonaux d’assurance incendie, AEAI. Possiamo redarre le istanze per l’inserimento nel registro dei prodotti resistenti al fuoco.

A seconda del tipo di prodotto, un test secondo EN1634-1 potrebbe essere sufficiente, ma in alcuni casi un test per i fumi caldi secondo EN1634-3 potrebbe essere richiesto.

Normalmente la validazione ha un tempo di circa sei mesi dopo l’istanza, che viene preparata dal nostro ufficio e ne viene monitorato l’andamento.

La validità è di cinque anni.

Acoustics - Laboratory measurement of sound insulation of building elements - Part 3: Measurement of impact sound insulation

Con queste normative si testano i prodotti in camere acustiche composte da una camera emittente e da una camera ricevente. Tra le due viene realizzato un setto divisorio che non contribuisce al fonoisolamento del prodotto. In un apposito vano viene posizionato il prodotto da testare e, viene misurata la differenza dei livelli tra camera emittente e ricevente ed una serie di calcoli secondo norma. Il risultato è Rw: l’indice di valutazione del potere fonoisolante del divisorio misurato in laboratorio od ottenuto per calcolo (senza trasmissioni laterali) che esprime il valore in decibel della curva di riferimento a 500 Hz dopo spostamento della curva secondo il metodo specificato nella norma ISO717
